Creator sourcing & vetting

Hand-curated shortlists of micro and macro creators in skincare. Sourced personally, screened against your brand values, your customer's skin profile, and the kind of comments their last twenty posts attracted.

UGC-style content & briefs

Briefs written for the creator, not against them. The kind of brief that produces content that actually feels like the creator's, with your ingredient story sitting comfortably inside it. We review every draft before it ships.

Contracts & usage rights

We use plain-English agreements covering deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity windows, and disclosure requirements. Templates are provided — legal review recommended for larger campaigns.

Whitelisting & paid amplification

Once a post is live and performing, we identify which content is worth amplifying and advise on running it as a whitelisted ad through the creator's handle. We guide the setup — your team or media buyer manages the spend.

Reporting that tells the truth

Weekly digest, monthly read-out. Saves, sentiment, repeat-audience overlap, attributed orders. Never AVE, never "estimated impressions." If a creator underperformed, we'll say so.

Week 1–2
A hand-built creator shortlist.

A considered list of micro and macro creators — each with a note on why they made the list, who their audience is, and what the right deliverable would be.

Week 2–3
Briefs, contracts, kickoff.

Creator-facing briefs are written, contracts e-signed, deliverables and usage rights agreed. You see every brief before it goes out.

Week 3–4
First content drafts, first reviews.

Drafts come back. We review on aesthetic, brand-safety, and ingredient accuracy — then loop you in once it's already in a good place. No 40-thread review chains.

Week 4+
Live, watched, reported.

Posts go live. We watch what's resonating and tell you what to amplify. The first read-out lands on your desk inside a fortnight.
